3/6/2008 - Beneficiaries of ten apartments signed today in Derventa reconstruction agreements within SUTRA PLOD implemented by UNDP and funded by the European Union (4 million Euro), local authorities through the BiH Return Fund (2 million Euro), UNDP (200,000 Euro), UNHCR (256,000 Euro) and partner municipalities (596,000 Euro) making total of close to 7.025 million Euro. Apartments are part of two buildings that will be reconstructed using model of co-funding. Beneficiaries were presented with sustainability activities within this project. Questionnaires that will serve as basis for sustainability economic study were also distributed.

Beneficiaries Who Lived in Former Workers Compound Will Move to New Building

2/27/2008 - 12 beneficiaries who will move to a newly reconstructed building signed today in Drvar reconstruction contracts within SUTRA PLOD project implemented by UNDP and funded by the European Union (4 million Euro), local authorities through the BiH Return Fund (2 million Euro), UNDP (200,000 Euro), UNHCR (256,000 Euro) and partner municipalities (596,000 Euro) making total of close to 7.025 million Euro. Municipality will participate in this endeavour by providing project design and obtaining necessary paperwork while SUTRA will finance the construction in the amount of 190.000 KM. Beneficiaries were presented with sustainability activities within this project. Questionnaires that will serve as basis for sustainability economic study were also distributed.

5/10/2007 - 53 families are returning to their dwellings reconstructed within the second phase of SUTRA project in Bosanski Novi – Novi Grad, implemented by UNDP and funded by the European Union (4 million Euro), local authorities through the BiH Return Fund (3 million Euro), the Royal Netherlands Government (2.1 million Euro) and UNDP (100.000 Euro), making total of close to 9.2 million Euro. On this occasion the final ceremony was held to mark successful completion of activities in this municipality today. Representatives of donors and local authorities, non-governmental organizations and international community attended the ceremony.
